Tissot, the Swiss watch manufacturer, has extended its decades-long partnership with the International Cycling Union (UCI).

The brand first partnered with the UCI in 1995 and notably became the federation’s first world cycling partner in 2016.

Tissot was the main partner of the inaugural UCI Cycling World Championships, held in Glasgow and across Scotland, UK, in 2023, and will continue in the role for the next two editions of the event, including in 2027 in Haute-Savoie (France) and in 2031 in Trentino (Italy).

In addition, Tissot remains the title partner of the UCI Track World Championships and the presenting sponsor of the UCI Hour Record.

The watchmaker also serves as the UCI’s official timekeeper, as well as an official partner across various disciplines, including the Road World Championships, Mountain Bike World Championships, BMX Racing World Championships, Urban Cycling World Championships (which include the UCI World Championships for BMX Freestyle and trials), and the Snow Bike World Championships.

The last renewal between Tissot and the cycling federation was signed in 2022, with the partnership reaching the 30-year mark in 2025.

Among its other sporting deals, Tissot extended its long-running tie-up with basketball’s NBA earlier this year, taking that relationship beyond a decade.
