European soccer's governing body UEFA has received interest from 15 member associations in hosting finals for its premier club competitions in 2028 and 2029.

The finals on offer are the 2027-28 and 2028-29 editions of the men's UEFA Champions League (UCL), UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League, as well as the same two editions of the UEFA Women's Champions League.

Munich currently looks set to stage the Champions League final in 2028, being the only bidder.

UEFA has now received 15 non-binding declarations of interest, with final proposals set to be delivered with each city's bid dossier by the final bid deadline of June 10 next year. The governing body's executive committee will appoint the host association partner for each of these finals next September.

The overall bidding procedure began in mid-July, with a deadline of October 22 by which associations could express their interest.

For the 2028 UCL final, Munich is the only candidate, while for the 2029 final of that prestigious competition, it will be a choice between Wembley Stadium in London and Barcelona's (as yet incomplete) relaunched Camp Nou.

For the Women's Champions League, meanwhile, bids are coming from venues in Lyon, Bilbao, Basel, and Istanbul (2028), and from Lyon, Dublin, Basel, and Cardiff (2029).

Candidate host venues are allowed to declare interest in hosting multiple finals.

Hosting interest in the Europa League finals, meanwhile, comes from France (Lyon or Paris), Turin, Bucharest, and Belgrade (2028), and France (again, Lyon or Paris), Turin, Bucharest, and Ankara (2029).

For the Conference League finals, at least six cities have declared interest in staging the 2028 edition - Lille, Budapest, Turin, Astana or Almaty in Kazakhstan, and Gdansk in Poland.

For the 2029 edition of that third-tier competition's final, meanwhile, at least seven venues are candidates - Helsinki, Lille, Budapest, Turin, Astana or Almaty again, and Gdansk.

The final of the 2025-26 Champions League will take place in the Puskas Arena in Budapest (the same venue as bidding for Conference League final hosting rights), while the Women's Champions League campaign will conclude at the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo, Norway.

The finals of this season's Europa League and Conference League, meanwhile, will take place in Istanbul and Leipzig, respectively.
