Deltatre, the video streaming technology firm, has brought in Elli Morii as its new chief financial officer.
Morii’s previous role was as CFO at business messaging platform Commify, while during a 25-year career in finance, she has also worked for firms such as MP & Silva (formerly a major player in the sports agency world) and professional services heavyweight PwC.
Deltatre has said she comes with “extensive experience in multiple private equity-backed companies.”
Italy-based Deltatre has been run by Bain Capital and Nextalia SGR since June 2022.
This appointment follows on from Nicola Trudu being appointed as the tech firm’s chief revenue officer in June 2023.
Morii said: “Deltatre is driven by a software-led future that its customers need as the landscape changes, and this is paving the way for innovation and growth. The dynamic team and culture of constantly striving for excellence were also a significant draw for me.”
She has previously lived in Switzerland, Japan, France, and Denmark, and will be based in London.
Andrea Marini, Deltatre’s chief executive, added: “Elli's proven track record will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand our global footprint. Elli’s strategic insights and financial acumen make her the perfect fit for our team.”
Deltatre has partnerships with multiple significant sports organizations and teams and recently extended its digital tie-ups with ice hockey’s NHL and Italian soccer giants Juventus.
