Endesa, the Spanish energy company, has extended its title sponsorship deal with the ACB, the organiser of Spain's top basketball competitions.
This latest renewal, signed today, will take the company's support for the top league, the Copa del Rey and Supercopa through to the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
The league has been known as the Liga Endesa since 2011.
According to Spanish media reports, the new agreement is worth €5.5 million ($6.7 million) per season, around the same as the last one.
Endesa chief executive Jose Bogas said: “This agreement consolidates our position as the home of Spanish basketball.”
Antonio Martin, the ACB’s president, added that the agreement “is great news for basketball and especially for the ACB".
