Turkish Airlines has extended its deal as title sponsor of the Turkish Open golf tournament for another three years.

The event will continue to be known as the Turkish Airlines Open for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 editions.

The national carrier first became the title sponsor of the event - part of the DP World Tour - in 2013.

This year’s tournament will be held between April 30 and May 3, 2026, in the city of Antalya, and will be hosted by the National Golf Club.

The $2.75-million Turkish Open will be the fifth and final tournament on the DP World Tour’s Asian Swing - the third of five Global Swings which form the first phase of the DP World Tour’s 2026 global schedule.

The event returned to the DP World Tour schedule in 2025.

Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekşi has now stated: “We are pleased to once again become the title sponsor of an international event with the prestige of the Turkish Airlines Open. This tournament not only highlights the unifying power of sport, but also strongly reflects Türkiye’s vision of being a global hub for sports and tourism.

“As Turkish Airlines, we remain firmly committed to supporting sports and athletes while contributing to our country’s brand value.”

This week has already seen the DP World Tour, formerly the European Tour, announce a new major commercial partnership with brewing giant Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) that will see its Michelob Ultra brand become the competition’s first official beer sponsor.
