A new broadcast rights deal covering top-tier motocross has been struck in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Through a tie-up unveiled today, prominent sports network Nova Sport will now cover the Motocross and second-tier MX2 World Championships, as well as the Motocross of Nations property.

The agreement also includes the Junior Motocross World Championship, with that event to take place this coming weekend (July 5) in Jinin, Czech Republic.

This year's MXGP of Czech Republic is set to take place at the Loket circuit across July 25 and 26 - through this deal, Nova will broadcast all four races on the Sunday (July 26) live.

The Infront Moto Racing arm of that heavyweight sports marketing agency, which handles MXGP's commercial affairs, brokered the deal.

David Luongo, chief executive and president at Infront Moto Racing, commented: "Czech Republic and Slovakia have long been passionate and vibrant markets for our sport, and this partnership ensures that fans in both countries will now have access to the very best of the MXGP, MX2, the Motocross of Nations, and the FIM Junior Motocross World Championship.”

Infront Moto Racing has a commercial rights distribution deal with the FIM global motorcycling governing body through 2036.

The 2026 season of the top-tier MXGP got underway in early March in Argentina and will run through until the final Grand Prix of this year, on September 20 in Darwin, Australia.

Nova is also prominent as a broadcaster of soccer, darts, rugby, golf, and other top-tier motorsports such as Formula 1, across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
