TKO Group, the multisport business giant, has struck a commercial partnership with US-based file-sharing company SuperFile, covering both its World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) promotions.

Through a global partnership unveiled earlier this week, SuperFile becomes the secure file-sharing partner of MMA's UFC, as well as the presenting partner of the special UFC Freedom 250 event that will take place in the grounds of the White House in Washington, DC on June 14 (Sunday).

Specifically for that event, SuperFile is set to receive branding rights inside the Octagon, as well as broadcast integration opportunities. It will also serve as presenting partner of the Super Replay and Keys to Victory broadcast features.

Outside of Freedom 250, meanwhile, SuperFile will be the presenting partner for UFC 329: McGregor vs. Holloway 2, set to take place on July 11 in Las Vegas.

SuperFile will also act as the secure file sharing partner of WWE, giving it a significant presence across that promotion's range of premium live events – including WrestleMania43, Money in the Bank, Survivor Series, and Royal Rumble. This presence will include social and digital content, presenting partner designations, and "side ring mat placements."

Robby Miller, vice president, head of US global partnerships, at TKO, has said: "Brands that earn a place inside UFC and WWE understand that these platforms deliver more than reach – they deliver relevance at the highest level of sports and entertainment.

"From UFC Freedom 250 on the South Lawn of the White House, to Conor McGregor’s highly anticipated return during International Fight Week, to WrestleMania, SuperFile is using some of the world’s most-watched sports and entertainment events to make a powerful statement about the future of digital ownership.”

Over recent weeks, UFC has brought in multiple partners in anticipation of the White House event. This number includes NinjaTrader (a brand of the Payward overall financial infrastructure firm), and financial technology company Exodus Movement.

Last month, meanwhile, TKO announced a 25% increase in revenue in the first quarter of 2026, reaching almost $1.6 billion spread across the UFC ($401.2 million), World Wrestling Entertainment ($475.7 million), and IMG ($655.4 million), with all three seeing a revenue rise during the three months.

Shane Valdez, SuperFile's founder and chief executive, added: "UFC and WWE aren't just global brands. They've become part of American culture. For decades, they've brought people together through unforgettable moments, incredible talent, and a relentless commitment to being the very best at what they do. That's what drew us to TKO."

For SuperFile, the unveiling of this major deal comes just days after the company was announced as title sponsor for the American Trackhouse team of motorcycling’s elite MotoGP series.

That outfit, through bringing in SuperFile, ended its three-year search for a title partner.

The partnership sees the team adopt the company’s yellow and black colours on its two Aprilia motorcycles, as well as on the race suits of team riders Raul Fernandez and Ai Ogura, for the rest of the season, having first donned the colours at the Spanish Grand Prix earlier this year.
