Spanish soccer giants Real Madrid have renewed one of their most prominent sponsorship deals, with German sportswear heavyweights Adidas.
An eight-year extension between the two parties was unveiled yesterday, running until 2034, maintaining Adidas as the club's kit supplier for that period.

The current deal between the two parties, worth over €1 billion ($1.15 billion) in total, was announced in May 2019. Before that, a tie-up was in place dating back to 2012.
Florentino Perez, Real Madrid's long-standing and colorful president (who secured re-election over the weekend), said: "This agreement we seal today is the most important in the history of football. The strategic alliance between Real Madrid and Adidas has helped us during these three decades to experience one of the most wonderful periods in our history."
In terms of the club's commercial activity, this extension comes hot on the heels of another major contract renewal, with main shirt sponsor Emirates.
The airline, through a deal unveiled earlier this week – reportedly, worth close to €100 million annually – will stay on as Real Madrid's primary partner for another five seasons, through 2030-31.
Other top-tier Real Madrid sponsors include sleeve sponsor HP, as well as EA Sports, Adobe, LingLong Tires, Mahou, BMW, and Louis Vuitton.
Real Madrid finished a disappointing 2025-26 season as distant runners-up to arch-rivals Barcelona in Spain's domestic LaLiga, and with no trophies at all to show for their efforts for the second consecutive year.
Earlier this month, French club RC Lens, winners of the 2025-26 Coupe de France, confirmed Adidas as their new kit supplier from the 2026-27 season.
According to French sports news outlet L’Equipe, the new deal between Adidas and Lens spans five years, with Adidas having previously held the designation from 1975 to 1994 and from 2011 to 2014.
