Baller League, the digital-focused six-a-side soccer competition, has landed a two-year partnership with sportswear giant Nike as it continues its international push.

Under the deal, Nike becomes the Baller League’s official apparel and equipment provider, supplying every team across the UK, Germany, and the US with custom-made kits designed in collaboration with the league and their managers.

Having started in Germany in 2023, the UK held its inaugural season in March and is currently playing its second season, which started on October 27. The league is due to enter the US in 2026.

As part of the deal, Nike will also supply the kits for referees and staff with gameday wear, while players will receive Nike Tech Suits and lifestyle products for team activities.

Nike will also supply the official match balls used throughout the league for season two in the UK.

The partnership builds on Nike's current partnership with Baller League Germany, which sees the sportswear giant provide full kits for the Final Four in Berlin, along with apparel for players and staff.

Baller League chief executive Felix Starck said: “To have Nike on board as our official partner is not just a milestone, it’s a statement. Nike has always been synonymous with creative, dynamic football, supporting the game at every level, and this partnership sets a new benchmark for small-sided football.

“Together with Nike, we want to create moments that move football culture forward while giving our players the elite-level gear they need to perform at their best.”

The deal comes three months after Baller League secured a partnership with sports marketing and media agency Team Marketing, which is supporting the league’s commercial efforts.

Last month, Baller League UK secured pay-TV giant Sky as the domestic rights holder for its second season.

Under that deal, the broadcaster will continue to show every league fixture throughout the season on both its linear channels and OTT platform Now TV. For the first time, Sky Sports will also air live watch-alongs for fixtures on its Sky Sports Football YouTube channel.

The second season of Baller League features 11 regular-season gameweeks, each taking place on a Monday night, running through January 5, 2026, followed by a season-ending Final Four showdown at a date yet to be decided.

The games are staged weekly at London’s Copper Box Arena, featuring six 30-minute matches. and feature several former soccer stars, alongside various media personalities, as team managers.

This includes Deportrio (Micah Richards and Daniel Sturridge), 26ers (John Terry), N5 FC (Jens Lehmann, Robert Pires, Freddie Ljungberg), and Rukkas FC (Idris Elba).

Germany’s league has the backing of several popular social media and streaming personalities, including soccer icons like Lukas Podolski and Kevin-Prince Boateng, and former Germany international Max Kruse.
