Horse racing media rights agency HBA Media has secured coverage in 180 global territories through 30 broadcasters for the upcoming annual Royal Ascot horse racing festival.

This year’s distribution includes five new broadcasters – Abu Dhabi Media (MENA), Charlton (Israel), FanCode (India), WeDo Asia (Southeast Asia), and D-Smart (Turkey).

Furthermore, US network NBC and its Peacock streaming service will show the prestigious event across their linear and digital channels – exclusively taking the enhanced world feed for the first time. The NBCUniversal-owned network will also have an on-course presence at the event.

The 2025 Royal Ascot meeting will begin tomorrow (June 17) and run until Saturday.

Domestically, it will be shown for the ninth consecutive year by UK commercial broadcaster ITV, which will once again offer a five-hour daily programming block dedicated to the racing festival throughout its running, with additional coverage in the UK and Ireland provided by the Sky Sports Racing and Virgin Media pay-TV channels.

HBA Media has offered global broadcasters a trio of content packages including live race coverage, shoulder content, and ancillary programming that includes documentaries and talk shows.
