The organizers of Premier Padel, the sport’s new merged and combined top-tier series, have entered into an exclusive sponsorship and licensing deal with MejorSet, a Spanish padel court manufacturer.

Through the tie-up, MejorSet is now the series’ official padel court partner for the 2024-26 cycle, with this year's Premier Padel season set to begin in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on February 26.

The deal will entail MejorSet featuring Premier Padel’s colors and branding on its Full Panoramic court range. The Riyadh tournament later this month, meanwhile, will have MejorSet as its official court, with specific event partnerships at further 2024 Premier Padel tournaments to follow.

Premier Padel’s chief executive, Eno Polo, has said: “We want to reach new fans and markets and a fully panoramic court, which offers a high-quality viewing experience whilst ensuring complete player protection, helps us to achieve our ambition and grow the sport globally through new and exciting innovations.”

Premier Padel will be run by Qatar Sports Investments but will be governed by the International Padel Federation (FIP).

The courts used during the partnership will set “a new standard in padel court technology and improve the overall playability.”

Late last month, Premier Padel unveiled a multi-year commercial deal with Wilson, the US equipment manufacturer owned by Finnish company Amer Sports.

The deal expands and consolidates the various existing tie-ups between the two parties into one overarching agreement, and sees Wilson appointed as the official Premier Padel ball for the upcoming seasons.

The first season of the merged league will finish in Barcelona, Spain, in late December. The 25-event calendar for its inaugural season was unveiled in late December, taking in visits to five continents and 18 countries.
