Howden, the insurance broker, has agreed a five-year sponsorship deal with Ascot Racecourse, one of the UK's top horse racing venues.

In a deal that begins with the upcoming Royal Ascot festival Howden will be an official racecourse partner until after the 2025 edition.

The brokerage firm will have extensive branding across the course on all racedays, with an increased presence at Royal Ascot

Ascot said the partnership will “provide a platform from which to grow the brand’s awareness amongst key audiences across sport and entertainment industries".

David Howden, the firm’s founder, said: “We are thrilled to partner with such a well-regarded global sporting brand that has a strong and proud British heritage coupled with an extensive international reach.

“This partnership will embed us further in the equine and wider sport and entertainment community.”
