Athens – IAAF Council will hold its normal pre-Olympics meeting on Sunday 15 August in the Ballroom of the Hotel Grande Bretagne, Syntagma Square in Athens.

The meeting will start at 09:00 and is expected to end between 16:00 and 16:30 (GMT +3)

Photographers and camera crews will be allowed to enter the Ballroom for 10 minutes before the start of the meeting, but will have to leave when the meeting gets underway.

A Media Briefing hosted by IAAF President Lamine Diack will take place in the Ballroom, starting at 16:30.
