WME Sports, the Endeavor-owned athlete representation business, has announced three new hires across its global property solutions, NIL (name, image, and likeness), and basketball groups.
Lorenzo Sciarrino has joined as vice-president of partnerships for WME Sports’ global property solutions team, Megan Curry has been hired as the business development and marketing director for the company’s newly-formed NIL group, and Andrew Thomas will serve as the agency’s latest basketball marketing agent.
Based in Los Angeles and reporting into property solutions division head Joe Januszewski, Sciarrino, who has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, will focus on strategy creation, business development, and property sales in his new role.
WME Sports’ global property solutions team delivers naming rights deals, premium hospitality offerings, and suite sales strategies for sports teams, leagues, and organizations.
Sciarrino joins WME Sports from US sports marketing agency Legends. Prior to Legends, he spent 12 years with Major League Baseball franchise the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Curry’s new role will see her collaborate with the WME Sports division to collectively build out NIL platforms, strategy, and implementation as well as lead marketing and strategic partnership opportunities for the group nationwide.

Thomas will work across the teams at WME Sports and BDA Basketball to bolster the off-court marketing opportunities for their basketball clients.
Prior to joining the agency, Thomas worked in basketball marketing at CAA Sports, an arm of prominent sports and entertainment agency Creative Artists Agency, for nearly a decade.
WME Sports’ clients include the NFL’s Los Angeles Chargers and Washington Commanders, the NCAA, NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks, Phoenix Suns, and Utah Jazz, and the women’s WNBA.
