ACN Group, a Japanese business solutions firm, has been brought in as the title sponsor for the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) events taking place in the Japanese city of Osaka this year.

Through a deal unveiled today, ACN Group becomes title partner for both the men's and women's VNL events that will be held at the Asue Arena in Osaka. The agreement was struck with Volleyball World, the commercial arm of the sport’s FIVB governing body.

Oliver Clarke, Volleyball World's chief partnerships officer, stated: "We are delighted to welcome ACN Group as title partner of the men's and women's VNL events in Osaka. Japan remains one of the most significant markets in world volleyball, and partnerships with leading Japanese companies are central to our ambitions for the sport's continued growth in the country.”

In addition to the primary, naming rights element of the deal, the ACN Group logo will be prominently visible around Asue Arena, while there will also be in-arena activations, entertainment between sets, and "fan engagement moments."

Osaka is set to host its sets of women's and men's games – 12 from each edition – during the third gameweek – of those competitions, in early-to-mid July.

The women's VNL as a whole runs between early June and late July, with the men's tournament stretching between mid-June and the first week of August.

As well as these elements, the tie-up also extends across the range of Volleyball World digital platforms – for example, ACN's logo will be integrated into the VBTV streaming service, to be seen by audiences worldwide.

In terms of recent commercial activity around the VNL, mid-June saw Volleyball World renew its partnership with Vodafone Türkiye, the regional arm of the multinational telecommunications firm.

Under the extension, the brand will serve as an official partner of the competition’s stop in the country for a third consecutive year.

In April, meanwhile, Amazon renewed and expanded its agreement with the VNL for the 2026 season, upgrading from event partner in 2025 to title partner of the VNL stop in Türkiye.
