Combine business intelligence and editorial excellence to reach engaged professionals across 36 leading media platforms.
These include the men's Rugby World Cup in 2027, the women's 2029 iteration, the 2027 Netball World Cup, and the 2032 Summer Olympics and Paralympics in Brisbane.
The combined firm will have a presence across the cities of Mebourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
Rob Nelson, regional director for Australia and the Asia-Pacific region at Trivandi, commented: "Australia is entering one of the most significant periods of major event activity in its history, and we have been steadily building our local presence, people and capability to support the opportunity ahead.
“Clients can work with one locally led partner from the earliest strategic conversations through to technical production and event-time delivery, supported by people who have actually planned and delivered major events in Australia and around the world.”
Trivandi has had an APAC operations centre in Brisbane since March of last year.
Overall, its sporting events history includes each Summer Olympics since 2012 in London, men's soccer's 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, and the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, earlier this year.
For the Glasgow event, Trivandi managed venue operations and temporary games infrastructure for the organizing committee.
Kim-Daniel Voss, Sold Out Events' chief executive, added: "Becoming part of Trivandi gives our team direct access to a global network of major event expertise, proven methodologies and an international project pipeline.
"Ultimately, this means delivering stronger outcomes and the best value for money for our clients.”
For SOE, its event experience includes the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, and the 2018 Commonwealth Games on Australia's Gold Coast (it was the official event agency for the latter property).
