The tie-up will see Emilio Arciniega, chief executive of Outreach Talent Group, becomi The.Team's senior vice president of creators.

OTG was founded five years ago by Emilio and Amy Arciniega, and is headquartered in London, whilst also maintaining a presence in New York.

The firm represents social media and digital-focused creators across the worlds of sport, fitness, beauty, and lifestyle.

These personalities will now join The.Team's own creators roster, first established in 2023.

Michael Calvin Jones, executive vice president of creators at The.Team, commented: "OTG’s impressive growth over the past five years is a testament to the level of service and commitment they provide their talent every day. Their values and approach to representation closely align with ours, making OTG a natural addition."

In terms of The.Team's mergers and acquisitions activity so far in 2027, in May, the agency bought a stake in GG11, a talent representation agency focusing on Italian soccer.

The latter partnership came a couple of months after The.Team rebranded as such from its original Wasserman name, amid the fallout of founder Casey Wasserman opting to sell the company after his name was mentioned in the US government's Epstein files.

The agency has also acquired the soccer division of People in Sport, International Football Management, and SportPlus over the last period of time.

Emilio Arciniega added: "Joining The.Team gives our clients access to greater opportunities, capabilities and support beyond the UK, while allowing us to build on what has made OTG successful. We are incredibly proud of what we have built and confident that The.Team's platform will help us continue that growth over the long term.”
