World TeamTennis, the professional mixed-gender tennis league based in the US, has launched a fan token through a partnership with social token and NFT platform Rally.

The $WTT World TennisToken will offer fans a range of benefits including free and discounted World TeamTennis tickets, in-person experiences, pre-sale access, exclusive content and custom NFTs.

To mark the partnership, the pair will host a free token giveaway, running from 27 November to 7 December, the latter being the official launch date of the tokens which will be available via

Further, token holders will also become part of the AfterParty fan club, which will offer them benefits all year round, including behind the scenes content, pre-sale access, discounts and free tickets to World TeamTennis and the WTT All-Star match.

Kevin Hindenach, vice president of corporate partnerships at World TeamTennis, said: “The $WTT token gives our dedicated fans more opportunities to be involved with World TeamTennis and will help WTT not only stay in touch with fans and provide unique experiences and content year-round but grow its fan base in the years to come.”

Last month, WTT revealed it had secured over a dozen sponsors for the 2021 season including Guaranteed Rate, Citi Taste of Tennis, Wilson, Har-Tru, Hospital for Special Surgery, Avocados from Mexico, PlayYourCourt, TopCourt and ZenWTR.
