International sports hospitality provider On Location, the official exclusive hospitality provider of the Olympic Games for its next three showpiece events, has announced it has opened a new office in Italy in order to support its operations.

The office, located in the center of Milan, was opened to support the company’s role as the official exclusive hospitality provider of the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, which are to be jointly hosted in Italy by Milan and the town of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

The office expands On Location’s global footprint, allowing it to better focus its operations around the coming Winter Olympics and have closer oversight on its array of hospitality packages prior to the event.

The opening of the office coincides with the date being two years exactly before the opening ceremony of the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic Games.

Scott Jernigan, On Location’s chief commercial officer and executive vice president, stated: “With two years to go until Milano Cortina ’26, we are excited to be expanding our global footprint and team into Italy as we prepare to deliver the largest hospitality program in Winter Games history.”

“As the Official Hospitality Partner, On Location takes care of everything, from the moment a guest decides to purchase their ticket-inclusive hospitality packages, to the once-in-a-lifetime hospitality experiences they’ll enjoy there, providing a seamless, centralized hospitality experience for fans and stakeholders."
