Liebherr, the German construction equipment manufacturer and long-running commercial partner of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), has extended its partnership with the governing body across two major events this year.
Under an agreement with the ITTF and World Table Tennis (WTT), the federation's commercial arm, the company will return as a global event partner for the 2026 ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals in London and the WTT Champions competition in Montpellier.

Liebherr will receive prominent branding across both events.
The brand will sponsor the centenary edition of the ITTF World Championships, with the upcoming London event marking 100 years since the inaugural event took place in the city.
Held at the OVO Arena Wembley and Copper Box Arena, the tournament will begin tomorrow and run through May 10.
Liebherr joins a sponsorship roster that features Ganten, DHS Sports, Butterfly, Li-Ning, Tibhar, and Tata. They all sit below the presenting partner ACN.
The renewal prolongs a partnership that began in 2003. Liebherr’s last extension with the ITTF was signed in 2025.
The WTT Champions event in Montpellier, which Liebherr has sponsored in recent years, will be played from October 27 to November 1.
Jonny Cowan, executive director of commercial at WTT, said: “Liebherr is one of the most established and respected partners in table tennis. Their continued commitment is about backing the sport at its biggest moments, year after year.
“London’s centenary is a global occasion, and Montpellier is a modern classic. We’re proud to have Liebherr alongside us for both.”
