The LBA stated that by implementing ScorePlay, it is “creating a unified media hub that connects clubs and internal teams under one centralized platform.”
The platform will support the league's media operations across its signature events – including the Italian Cup Final Eight and the Italian Super Cup – while providing clubs with access to official content for their own communications and fan engagement initiatives.
The league expects the partnership to provide faster content distribution, improved collaboration, and streamlined workflows for managing assets of regular season games through the playoffs.
Massimo Cortinovis, head of digital strategies at Lega Basket Serie A, said: “Partnering with ScorePlay allows us to bring a more modern, efficient approach to how we manage and share content across the entire Serie A ecosystem.”
