Ticketing and entertainment technology provider Fever has raised $250 million through a primary equity financing round led by major investment fund EQT.
The brand claims this represents the largest-ever round completed by a live entertainment technology company.

In addition to EQT leading the charge, Baillie Gifford and Point72 Private Investments were also heavily involved.
The firm will now use this injection of new capital to expand beyond the 55 markets in which it currently operates, as well as to deepen its activities "across all major entertainment categories."
In addition, Fever has said it will increase its investment in relevant technology to assist its partners in reaching the right audiences, optimizing ticketing strategies, and moving existing formats into new markets.
This injection of funds comes with Fever set to become a new commercial partner of motor racing's top-tier Formula 1 for the 2027 campaign, in a deal unveiled in mid-June.
Fever will support F1 through the creation of a new ticketing platform for the series, which will cover general admission, local venue-specific hospitality, and the series-wide Paddock Club offering.
Fever will also apply its own tech solutions to F1’s ticketing platform to enhance the ease of access and improve the customer experience.
In April, Fever struck a similar agreement with international powerboating circuit E1, while the firm is also a supporter of sailing’s SailGP series, golf’s LIV Golf tour, and the Spanish Rugby Federation.
The company is also the ticketing and fan experience partner for Atletico Madrid and the top Spanish soccer club's 70,000-capacity Metropolitano home stadium.
Over the last three years, Fever claims to have more than trebled its revenues.
