SPOTV, the pan-regional sports channel of South Korean broadcaster Eclat Media, has acquired exclusive media rights for next year’s UEFA European Championships national team soccer tournament in Malaysia and Singapore.

Under the agreement, SPOTV will show all 51 matches from the 24-team tournament that will take place in Germany between June 14 and July 14.

Matches will be shown on the broadcaster’s linear channels and SPOTV Now streaming platform.

SPOTV said viewers can expect “comprehensive” coverage of Euro 2024.

Euro 2020, held in 2021 due to the pandemic, was shown in Malaysia by pay-television operator Astro and free-to-air broadcaster RTM. LIVENow, the international sports and entertainment streaming platform, held rights in Singapore.

Alongside hosts Germany, 20 countries have qualified for Euro 2024 so far. A further four nations will join them via the playoffs which will be played in March.

The final draw for the tournament will take place on December 2.
