The upcoming Hexagon Cup padel tournament has partnered with sports video production and distribution company Story10 to promote its inaugural event.
Set to take place in Madrid between January 31 and February 4, Story10 will amplify highlights of the tournament and craft pre- and post-even content surrounding the event to disseminate across its network of channels and partners.
Launched and powered by sports media giants SNTV and its wide distribution network, Story10 boasts 700 broadcast partners and 8,500 digital and social channels, across which Hexagon Cup content will be showcased in order to drive awareness and engagement with the event.
Tim Godrey, Hexagon Cup strategic advisor, said: “As a brand-new tournament, getting the right distribution channels is key to building the Hexagon Cup visibility and ultimately its success. This partnership with Story10 will help us to reach and engage sports fans around the world, supporting our goal to bring the excitement of padel to new audiences around the world.”
SNTV managing director James Dobbs added: “We’re excited to contribute to the promotion of the inaugural Hexagon Cup padel competition across our engaged global media network, helping raise awareness of the event and engage with new international audiences.”
In preparation for its inaugural event, the Hexagon Cup has secured several major broadcast deals to broaden its global reach.

By GlobalDataMost recently, global sports streaming service DAZN has been unveiled as the global broadcast partner of the competition, providing coverage of all 21 matches to a global audience, except the US.
The Hexagon Cup is also partnered with free-to-air broadcaster ITV in the UK, and pan-European sports broadcaster Eurosport in 64 countries across Europe and Asia.
Neither of these deals will be affected by DAZN’s global partnership, and more will likely be organized before the start, Sportcal understands, as the competition’s organizers look to reach as many potential viewers as possible via a wide range of deals.
