The FIA World Cup is set to return to Qiddiya City in Saudi Arabia for three days of racing between October 29 and 31.

Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group, said: “The FIA Extreme H World Cup is an exciting addition to DAZN's growing motorsport portfolio, and we're pleased to continue our partnership as the competition enters its next phase of growth.

“With every race available free-to-view on DAZN, we're making it easier for fans everywhere to discover and follow this innovative form of motorsport racing.”

DAZN first picked up Extreme H rights in October last year for the inaugural edition of the World Cup.

Extreme E launched in 2021 and enjoyed wide coverage until 2024, when it canceled the remainder of its season after events in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and Scotland to prioritize its transition to hydrogen.

The FIA had initially planned for Extreme H to become an official world championship for 2026, but in December 2024, it announced the launch of the Extreme H World Cup this year instead.

The nascent hydrogen event features an off-road race format to showcase the viability of hydrogen power as a clean energy solution. Organizers also prioritize gender parity within motorsports by fielding teams that have an equal number of male and female drivers.

Earlier this year, Extreme H also extended its broadcast partnership with MBC Group, the Saudi-owned media company, for another two years.
