LIV Golf Investments, of which Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) is the majority shareholder, has agreed an exclusive ticketing and hospitality partnership with QuintEvents, the travel and events company.

The agreement will begin with the inaugural eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, with QuintEvents to serve as the official ticketing provider for the competition.

Ticket packages will range from grounds passes to premium VIP access that will include course and player access, dining, inside the ropes access, executive Q&As, and player meet and greets.

The Invitational Series will begin in London from June 9 to 11 at the Centurion Golf Club.

Further events will be staged in Portland, New Jersey, Boston, Chicago (US), Bangkok (Thailand), and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), culminating in a Team Championship match play grand finale in October.

Total prize money for the eight events will reach $255 million.

Sean Bratches, chief commercial officer of LIV Golf Investments, said: “Partnering with a global industry leader like QuintEvents further solidifies LIV Golf’s mission to offer a best-in-class experience to our fans from day one.

“This partnership supports our mission to serve the golf fan and will underpin our brand objectives by delivering new and innovative experiences that will set marketplace leading standards in ticketing, hospitality, and experiences.

“We have also worked closely with the Quint leadership team to facilitate the acceptance of Crypto for all transactions at LIV Golf tournaments and support events such as the player draft.”

Brian Ruede, president and chief operating officer of QuintEvents, said: “QuintEvents is excited to be the official ticket provider for LIV Golf and to help bring this new and exciting version of golf to fans around the world.

“Going above and beyond on fan experience is what we strive to do at QuintEvents, and this will be no exception. LIV Golf Invitational Series ticket packages will include premier access and unique opportunities to experience the sport in ways that golf fans dream of.”

QuintEvents has a similar hospitality-focused partnership with motor racing’s Formula 1, which it extended last October.
