Now Olympic Channel adds World Cheerleading Championships live-stream
The International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Channel will live-stream coverage of the 2019 International Cheer Union World Cheerleading Championships, which begins today in Orlando, USA.
Live coverage of Friday’s final will be made available subscription-free via olympicchannel.com, its mobile apps and on connected TV devices.
The 11th annual ICU World Cheerleading Championships will feature approximately 3,000 athletes from 75 nations competing across 26 disciplines.
The ICU became a recognised organisation of the IOC in December 2016.
The championships add to the growing live content on the Olympic Channel, which recently announced it will live stream this year's inaugural African Beach Games.
The Olympic Channel launched on both the Roku and Amazon Fire TV platforms this year, following on from its addition to connected TV devices for Android TV and Apple TV last December.
