Lagardère's VIP Sportstravel retains Epson F1 hospitality role

Motor racing - 20 Mar 2017
Author: Martin Ross

VIP Sportstravel, the Lagardère Sports & Entertainment-owned hospitality agency, has renewed an agreement to provide hospitality services for Epson, the technical high performance solutions company that is a sponsor of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team.

The extension covers the 2017 season and includes the organisation of accommodation, ticket management and all at track activities.

VIP Sportstravel is to look after over 800 guests invited by Epson to 14 Formula 1 races worldwide.

Epson has been a global partner of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas team since 2016.

VIP Sportstravel was founded by the Sportfive agency and Zaechel AG, the Berlin-based events and hospitality company, in 2008.

The new Formula 1 season gets under way in Melbourne, Australia on Friday.
