Inaugural US Grand Prix Left Local Community $170m Richer
Recent research carried out in the Indianapolis region estimates that the local community will benefit to the tune of US$170M as a result of the inaugural F1 race.
The research was based on interviews with local businesses, such as hotels, bars and merchandise stalls, carried out over the grand prix weekend.
