In terms of recent Matchroom activity, late July saw a strategic alliance between Matchroom Boxing and the Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) vehicle announced.

Through the deal, both Matchroom – headed up by Barry and Eddie Hearn – and MVP – launched by influencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul – will work together to create major new opportunities for female boxers, both in terms of fights and commercial possibilities.

Two Circles, meanwhile, was brought in by US college sports’ Mountain West Conference as a strategic partner in late May.
