The trio will report directly to PFL chief commercial officer, Jason Oberlander.

The appointments come after PFL announced a merger with Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) to create a global combat sports platform.

PFL hopes the new combined company will help grow its commercial portfolio.

Oberlander said: “PFL is strongly positioned for commercial success given the rapid growth of the global MMA fan base and the continued movement of the sport towards the center of the cultural conversation.

“Recruiting a world-class team was a top priority to ensure we can meet the moment and capitalize on these tailwinds. David, Kim, and James are all experts with a relentless focus on partner objectives and the ability to integrate brands into ownable moments for fan engagement.”

Oberlander himself was appointed as chief commercial officer in January. He leads PFL’s global partnerships business, overseeing all aspects of sponsorship strategy, revenue generation, and partner innovation.

Brewster has more than 15 years of experience commercialising premier live sports franchises, entertainment districts, and venues.

He was most recently at premium experiences and commercial agency Legends Global and had a prior stint at global venue ownership and management group AEG.

In his new role with PFL, Brewster will join Justin Younghans, the promotion’s vice president of partnership development, in sourcing new partnerships for the PFL.

Dailey has spent over 20 years in marketing, working for several major sports agencies including Octagon and OneTeam Partners.

As vice president of partnership success, her role will be to manage and support PFL’s existing partners, over-deliver on partner expectations, and lead renewals and growth.

Kozack has worked in commercialising sports and media properties for over 20 years across linear, digital, CTV, sponsorship, and the creator space.

He joins PFL from digital sports media and fantasy analytics platform Fantasy Life, where he served as head of partnerships.

Kozack has also held senior positions at Talon Partnerships & Events, Combate Global, Estrella TV, NFL Network, and Turner Broadcasting.

For PFL, he will lead commercial strategy and solutions across the league's global combat sports platform.
