SportyNet, the soccer-focused sports content platform in Brazil, will show action from Italian men's soccer's top-tier Serie A next season, via a sub-license deal.
Through a tie-up with ESPN (that league's main Brazilian rights-holder), SportyNet will air a total of 76 matches from the upcoming 2026-27 campaign, two per gameweek.

Those fixtures will be made available both via the SportyNet YouTube channel, for free, as well as on its pay-TV platform.
Disney-owned ESPN, meanwhile, alongside the Disney+ streaming service, will show all 380 matches from the 20-team league live.
For SportyNet, this deal adds to its coverage of top Italian soccer last season – in 2025-26, it aired all 41 games from the knockout Coppa Italia competition for Brazilian fans, and, indeed, will do the same in 2026-27.
It will also cover this season's Supercoppa Italiana.
The first Serie A game to be shown on SportyNet in 2026-27 will be the clash between Udinese and Como, on August 22 – this will air at 1:30 pm, Brasilia time.
Well-known Brazilian players contracted to Serie A clubs include Ederson at Atalanta, and Douglas Luiz at Juventus.
Julia Rossi, SportyNet's director of strategy and new business, commented: "Serie A holds a special place in the hearts of Brazilians and is one of the most followed competitions in world football. Its arrival represents another step in SportyNet's strategy to connect the Brazilian public to the biggest football championships in the world, expanding access to the sport through free broadcasts on YouTube."
The platform is owned by the global sports and entertainment company, Sporty Group.
In terms of other recent Serie A media rights tie-ups, earlier this month, Indian heavyweight Zee Entertainment unveiled a deal for the league – a prominent agreement that covers the next five campaigns and ends an Indian blackout of the competition.
An extension with DAZN across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, was made public at the end of July, meanwhile.
Domestically, rights are split between DAZN and pay-TV heavyweight Sky Italia.
