Rosterfy, the volunteer and workforce scheduling software, has been appointed as the official workforce management systems provider for next year’s Commonwealth Games in the English city of Birmingham.

The deal will see Rosterfy support the games by providing technology solutions which will be used to connect and engage with its 13,000 volunteers.

The games, which will see 4,500 athletes compete in 19 sports, take place across 14 venues from 28 July to 8 August 2022.

Rosterfy joins Sunset+Vine, RGS Events, CSM Live, and recently added Kuehne+Nagel as providers of the games.

The company has previously collaborated with other sporting events including this year's Uefa European Championships and the Super Bowl.

Adrian Corcoran, chief information officer at Birmingham 2022, said: “It is fantastic to have Rosterfy join us as our Official Workforce Management Systems Provider for Birmingham 2022. They have a strong track record in large scale events, making them the ideal company to provide comprehensive management of our volunteer workforce.
