Asti Docg, an Italian wine consortium, has become a global sponsor of the ATP, the organiser of men's tennis' top-tier tour, until the end of 2023.
Asti is now the official sparkling wine of the ATP Tour and of the end-of-year ATP Finals, which take place in Turin, in Piedmont where the company is based, as well as a silver partner of the ATP.
The consortium will receive both on-court and digital brand exposure at the finals, including a presence at the trophy ceremonies and their corporate hospitality areas.
In addition, as an ATP Tour supplier, the brand will receive year-round exposure on the Tour’s social media channels and other digital platforms.
Daniele Sano, chief business officer of the ATP, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Asti as a global partner of the ATP and to tell the story of their historic brand and premium wines to our international audiences.”
Lorenzo Barbero, president of Asti Docg, added: “We are extremely excited to partner with the ATP, promoting our vineyard landscapes through the prestigious international sports scene.”
