Wiz-Team, the Swiss technology company which specialises in event management solutions for major sporting bodies, government agencies and corporations, continues to expand its business by opening a new office in the Belgian capital this week.

The new office, located at Square de Meeüs in Brussels and in close proximity to the European Union headquarters, will focus on providing customised services for government agencies and intergovernmental bodies, including the European Commission. Wiz-Team’s unique event management solution, which is GDPR compliant and highly secure, is perfectly fitted for supporting the delivery of major political European events.  

The company’s products include event management software used for on-line registration, invitations, protocol and guest management, hotel and accommodation requests, accreditations, access control, volunteer registration and scheduling as well as transport requirements for major meetings and events.

“Having an office in Brussels allows us to be closer to some of our current clients such as the European Commission” explained Wiz-Team CEO Johann Woringer, and added: “We believe this move will also enable us to attract other European and International organisations based in the heart of Europe.”  

Wiz-Team remains headquartered at the Maison du Sport International (MSI) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and employs currently 15 staff. This number is due to expand by the end of the year. In 2018, the company created a new subsidiary in Ukraine, which consists of a team of 12 people.
