SP Holdings PLC has acquired 100% of the shares of Swiss-based TSE Consulting SA with offices in Lausanne and London.

TSE Consulting advises governments and cities on bidding campaigns for major sporting events, and global sports federations on their commercial and corporate development. The company is headed by Robin Courage (London) and Lars Haue-Pedersen (Lausanne).
