The Médiamétrie selection committee has unanimously decided to appoint Mr Bruno CHETAILLE to succeed Mrs Jacqueline AGLIETTA as chairman of Médiamétrie as of 23 December 2006. The members of the Board of Directors that are not part of the Selection Committee have been informed of this proposal and have all affirmed their agreement. It is anticipated that the Board of Directors will shortly convene a meeting to formalise this appointment. Mr Bruno CHETAILLE is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TOWER PARTICIPATIONS, a holding company of the TDF Group.
