Leading recruiters for the sports industry, The Sports Recruitment Company this week unveil their new brand to the industry. After two years, the company has worked with numerous clubs, bodies, agencies, and commercial organisations within sport and the company now has five divisions covering various sports sectors including Commercial, Digital, Development, Retail and Leisure.
Founder director of The Sports Recruitment Company, Chris King spoke of the decision to re brand after two years
‘We’ve been working in the industry for some time now, and felt that our existing brand didn’t accurately represent our position in the market, especially at the more senior end. Over what has been a difficult economic period we have had to prove to the industry the value of using recruitment services and specifically the sophistication and professional approach to our selection methods. We now feel that our new brand identity represents that offering more effectively.’
The company also launch their new website this week, which has undergone the same process of analysis and looks to offer a more interactive and informative offering to it’s clients and candidates.
‘We were really pleased to help The Sports Recruitment Company refresh its image,’ said Simon Clark at happydog, the brand agency. ‘happydog has created an identity which draws on the emotional associations of sport, to capture the appeal of careers in this sector. The brand has been invigorated by the incorporation of a dial logo, which also plays a big part in the Web site’s design. In combination with a new corporate colour scheme and a distinct typeface, the changes give the brand a dynamic personality to reflect its leading place in the industry.’
The re-launch will be accompanied by a number of new initiatives one of which is a regular forum to discuss HR issues. ‘The Business of People’ was launched last month and was attended by a number of high profile premiership rugby and football clubs.
