Sports Marketing Japan Co., Ltd. (“SMJ”) has acquired the exclusive Wireless Distribution Rights of the ATP Masters Series and Tennis Masters Cup through Premium TV Ltd. (Middlesex U.K., CEO Oliver Slipper). SMJ has also relaunched the mobile web service “TENNIS NET” on all three mobile operating carriers as an official site with 3G technology in Japanese market.

– Japanese fans will enjoy watching ATP top ranking players’ in action on mobile phones –
With the acquired rights, SMJ will distribute highlight scenes of ATP Masters Series and Tennis Masters Cup and players’ interviews everyday during the tournament along with the latest news.

About ATP Masters Series and Tennis Masters Cup
The ATP Masters Series was created in 1990 in the first year of the ATP Tour. The ATP Masters Series comprises the ATP circuit’s nine premier events in Indian Wells, Miami, Monte-Carlo, Rome, Hamburg, Canada, Cincinnati, Madrid and Paris. In 2005 Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal both won a record four ATP Masters Series titles. The Tennis Masters Cup is a tennis tournament played annually at the end of each year, involving the top eight players in the men’s tennis world rankings. The Tennis Masters Cup Shanghai returns November 13-19, 2006 with the year’s best singles and doubles players.
