As part of the agreement, both partners will participate in a joint marketing agreement to promote the site.

With the launch of the new German language channel, powered by Sports.com, the 6.8 million GMX members will have the opportunity to read compelling editorial on a variety of international sports events including as well as accessing live results, match previews, reports and statistical information.

Users will also have access to up-to-the-minute news on practice sessions, drivers and constructors in Formula 1, motorcycling and rally, the three major championships in the Motorsport world.

To launch the channel, the German Bayer Leverkusen team player, Carsten Ramelow will hold an exclusive Live Chat session with GMX members and also give his views on the upcoming Champions League match between Spiel HSV and Deportivo La Coruna.
