We are pleased to announce the appointment of Alistair McLean as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of London Wasps.
Alistair, has worked in FMCG and service industries and brings with him over 20 years experience working as a sales and marketing professional.
In addition to his business experience, he is a keen rugby fan and actually played rugby for Wasps in one of the social sides from 1982-1990.
Commenting about his appointment as CEO of London Wasps, he said: ‘This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great rugby club. The club is steeped in history, has a first class squad and top coaching staff. We also have a loyal fan base and continued success on the field means that there is real potential for progress next season and beyond.’
‘The relocation from Loftus Road is yet to be finalised and is a key priority. We are determined to make sure that it is done successfully and we start next season on a positive footing. In addition, we need to improve the level of communication with our fans, and we plan to keep them all informed during the close season about the move and other relevant issues.’

He has all the skills and experience necessary to do an excellent job for us.
