Record 203 Member Federations to Compete in Osaka

Osaka, Japan – The IAAF is delighted to announce that an all-time record breaking total of 203 Member Federations of the IAAF have entered for the 11th IAAF World Championships in Athletics, Osaka, Japan (25 Aug to 2 Sep 2007) beating the previous best gathering of 202 nations who entered athletes for the 1999 edition of the World Championships in Seville, Spain.

The IAAF has a total of 212 Member Federations.
