Purdey’s Gold, the multivitamin energy drink from Britvic, was today, Monday 13 January, announced as an Official Partner to The London Triathlon. The biggest of it’s kind in Europe and the World’s 3rd largest triathlon, the London event takes place on Sunday 3rd August at ExCeL, Royal Docks, London.
The premise of The London Triathlon is ‘Swim, Bike, Run’ and the partnership of Purdey’s Gold – a drink renowned for it’s high energy sustaining performance – with an event that demands the ability to go the extra mile is a perfect one.

Combining 3 disciplines over either an Olympic (1.5km swim, 40km cycle 10km run) Sprint (750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run) or Relay course which can be run as an individual or team of three it is definitely an event that demands the reserves of energy over a long period that Purdey’s Gold was designed to deliver.
