Italian motorcycle parts manufacturer Polini have acquired the title sponsorship package for the French round of MotoGP in 2003, scheduled for May 25th at Le Mans. The event, which had more than 135,000 spectators last year, will now be officially named the Grand Prix Polini de France.

The sponsorship deal between Polini and Dorna Sports, the company that manages the commercial and TV rights to MotoGP, includes the title, track-side advertising, hospitality and stationery.

This is the fourth consecutive season that Polini, whose racing kits and mini-bikes are sold across the world, has a title presence in one of the MotoGP events, and the third that the brand will be linked to the French Grand Prix.
