Sports Marketing PR specialist Jardine Communications has been acquired by sports event and sponsorship specialist Global Marketing Communications from Podia Group PLC in a bid to extend both companies’ international reach and marketing services for its Clients.
CEO of the privately funded Global Marketing Communications Peter Harrison explained: ‘I’m delighted to have been able to find a company with such a reputation for success in Sports PR and below-the-line marketing campaigns.
‘The acquisition not only strengthens Global’s product offering to our Clients by adding sports PR expertise, it also enables us to offer Jardine Communication’s existing Clients a much greater level of commitment across many areas of sports marketing including event management and sponsorship.’
