Ismaning, 3rd April 2006. Beckham, Nesta, Henry – top performing football players: starting now, Europe’s football leagues will be shown live on Premiere Euroliga. Along with the top matches that will continue to be broadcast live and uncut as usual, Premiere now also offers “Euroliga Live Conference.” This new TV format comes from PLAZAMEDIA, Germany’s largest sport TV producer, which will be in charge of the entire technical realization. The on-air design was developed by CREATION CLUB, a subsidiary of PLAZAMEDIA.

The new format is at first to show selected games from as many as seven European leagues in the new live conference mode. To make sure the viewers stay on the ball, PLAZAMEDIA will capture the base signal of the corresponding matches, add the rich content developed exclusively for Premiere, and broadcast it on the conference channel. Instant informative tables and intermediate result charts will inform subscribers to the pay-TV broadcaster about the latest changes. In addition, PLAZAMEDIA will produce the lead-in reports and the day’s sport summaries for “Euroliga Live Conference.”

“Euroliga Live Conference” will be broadcast each Saturday starting at 19:45 and each Sunday starting at 20:00 beginning on April 1. Matches of the top national football leagues from Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Austria, the Netherlands, and Great Britain will be shown.
