Orad Hi-Tec Systems announced today that it has finalised an investment in Inter@TV International Ltd.

Inter@TV aims to become a leader in the development, production and operation, both creatively and commercially, of Interactive Television channels and programs through the various mediums in the domestic and international markets as well as interactive webcasting applications.

The investment provides Orad with a 10% equity position in Inter@TV and represents Orad’s continued strategy of investing in complimenting technologies.

Currently, Inter@TV is engaged in the building of its interactive production potential including virtual productions, the first Interactive television channel in Israel, the first Internet television channel in Israel, and Interactive modules and interfaces.

The Company is currently in the process of launching World1Live.com, an international network of regional webcasters which will operate in major cities.

In the near future, Inter@TV will launch its first site, telaviv1live.com, which will webcast programmes focused on finance, culture, and sports.
