Cadbury Beverages Canada Inc. and Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) are proud to announce the sponsorship by Cadbury, featuring Canada Dry and ‘C’ plus brands, of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team through the 2001-2002 season. Canada Dry will be proudly designated as the official soft drink of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team.

‘On behalf of Canada Dry, Cadbury Beverages and our ‘Team’ of Bottlers, we are both pleased and proud to be a supporter of Canada’s Alpine Ski Team,’ said Paul Edmonds, Division Manager for Cadbury Beverages, soft drink division. ‘The commitment, perseverance, and National pride these fine athletes demonstrate are truly a testament to their courage and dedication.’

The sponsorship initiative between Cadbury Beverages and Alpine Canada Alpin and its promotional development are being managed by the Vectra Marketing Group Inc., based in Richmond Hill, ON.

One of these promotions includes an association with Safeway Food & Drug in Western Canada. In addition, consumers could also win 1 of 214 Descente Alpine Ski Team Jackets valued at $450.
