KirchMedia Commissions Roland Berger to Support Reorganisation

The two reorganization experts and managing directors of KirchMedia GmbH & Co. KGaA, Wolfgang van Betteray and Hans-Joachim Ziems, have commissioned the management consultants Roland Berger & Partner to support the KirchMedia management in reorganizing and restructuring the company.

Specialists from Berger Strategy Consultants are to undertake a detailed analysis of the cost-savings potential and submit a reorganization concept.

The aim is to restructure the company, maintaining it as a single entity and, within the shortest possible time, create viable structures offering future security for potential investors.
