Frankfurt, Germany. August 12, 2003 – ITMS Sports President George S. Pascal announced today that ITMS Sports has signed Tatiana Perebiynis to a full management contract. The service representation agreement includes
Perebiynis’ sponsorship and marketing endeavors.

Perebiynis is currently ranked 73 in singles and 61 in doubles in the world rankings.

The 21-year-old Ukrainian reached her first career WTA Tour singles finals at the Nordea Nordic Light Open in Sweden last week. She also reached the third round at both Roland Garros and Wimbledon this year and has 2 career
doubles titles on the WTA Tour. Perebiynis also has 3 singles titles and 4 doubles titles on the ITF circuit.

The top-ranked player from the Ukraine, she made her Fed Cup debut in 1999 and will represent her country at the
Olympics in both singles and doubles.

A standout in the juniors, Perebiynis was the No. 2 ranked junior player in the world in 2000 when she advanced to the singles finals of the US Open and Wimbledon Juniors. That year, she also won the Wimbledon junior doubles
title and advanced to the finals of the US Open Juniors to finish the year as the top-ranked ranked junior doubles player in the world.
